The only way to make capitalism successful is by starting with ourselves, taking personal responsibility for our actions and earning potential.

There’s a sad trend in society today that says that we can give away responsibility, accountability, and hope that someone else figures it out for us.

When we do that, we give away all of our power for success in life.

If you truly want to be successful, you have to take back the power by taking accountability and responsibility for your own life.

The world in general doesn’t expect much from you, we can be average and nobody is going to bat an eye.

You need to realize that you are the only common denominator between all of your success and all of your failure. If you want that success, you are going to need to wrestle that control back.

Here are four steps to help you do that:

The first step in this process is to identify your goals, what you want first.

The next step in this process is to place the accountability and responsibility where it actually belongs. You need to focus your attention on the things that you can control, and the only thing that you can control is yourself.

The third step in this process is to change your behavior. You need to learn the set of behaviors of somebody who's already had success in that area and do what they do.

If you're trying to build wealth, invest. If you're trying to build relationships, have the conversations. If you're trying to improve yourself, get up early, read books, listen to a podcast.

Break it down to the actual steps you need to accomplish in order to achieve success in that area of your life.

The fourth and final step is the after action review. Go back after the fact, at the end of every single day, and review what you did, what you should’ve done, what you would’ve liked to have done, what you will do differently.
