Overview And Purpose:

The Head of Community Role at is a hands-on, fast-paced job for only the most qualified of candidates.

This role is all encompassing and will require not just business leadership, but personal leadership in leading our rapidly growing coaching team to new levels of influence and impact within our free and paid mentoring communities.

You will be the face of Capitalism to our communities, and work with coaches to ensure maximum progress towards set goals. is an online education company focused on serving physical product brands in scaling their businesses from the ground up all the way to exit. Our online education programs and all media point towards our one goal:

To create one million millionaires through our methodology and teachings.

The Head of Community will be in charge of rallying our communities, both our organic free and high-end paid, to creating million dollar brands. Your role will have you in charge of organizing our internal coaching staff, implementing proper SOP’s, reporting, team accountability, managing and planning content for our Facebook Groups and live events, and working with our Product Manager and President to curate messaging that helps everyone feel “at home” at

This position is to act as the head ambassador and apostle of capitalism:

Governments don’t fix problems, but entrepreneurs do.

KPI’s set forth at the beginning of this role’s inception and agreed upon by both Stan Way and the Head of Community will guide towards further implementation of The Owner’s Model and systematization of current workloads within the company.

Role Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  1. Spreading of The Vision Statement via all company resources under the direction of the President of the company.
  2. Working with all coaches and guest coaches in our communities under the direction of our Product Manager, as well as scheduling out all coaching call topics and teachers at least 45 days in advance.
  3. Overseeing and delegating responsibilities for daily posts from coaching staff and contractors within both our paid and free Facebook Groups as well as regular updates in our NFT Discord community.
  4. Working with the Product Director of the company to plan, create, and publish YouTube series videos on the official YouTube Channel (separate from the Ryan Daniel Moran channel).
  5. Planning and scheduling a biweekly group coaching session for all coaches to be led by yourself and the Product Director. This call will be mandatory and used to promote best practices, ensure congruency among the team, and maintain the high standards which Ryan Daniel Moran expects of those who represent him.
  6. Working with our Product Director to ensure all new training portal content meet’s the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity while streamlining new courses, trainings, and the company’s coaching staff.
  7. Reporting weekly in a 1:1 thirty minute recurring meeting with the President and reporting upon agreed upon KPI’s via Slack.
  8. Reporting immediately to the entire team in the General Channel of any coaching and/or student issues which could be of damage to individuals, the community, or the brand.
  9. Creating operation procedures, thorough SOP’s, and best practices as the company expands.
  10. Personally meeting with all new Capitalism Incubator students for one on one coaching sessions and being generally available no less than 20 hours per week for one on one, small group, or general coaching and meetings and the fulfillment of all tasks.
  11. Overseeing and assisting in the implementation of one on one accountability coaches from Commit Action or internally from our own team.
  12. Managing our NFT Discord community.
  13. Working with our Financial Director to plan, schedule, and fulfill on all NFT “Piggy” events and retreats.
  14. Maintaining and improving company culture via a “Always wow our community” mentality.

Main Areas of Reporting:

  1. Student Wins & Successes via the company Success Slack Channel.
  2. End of week reports with a summary of all public and private coaching calls as well as updates on scheduled events.
  3. Progress in the creation of new portal content as directed by our Product Director.

The above will be the guideposts by which the Head of Community will report to the President of the company in a weekly scheduled and recurring one on one call.

The Challenges Of The Head of Community Role:

The vision is to grow our company to $1 Million USD gross sales months within the next 12 calendar months and for the company’s founder to working more closely with brands the Capitalism Fund has invested in respectively.

The individual hired into this role should be ready to accept full responsibility for all failures, successes, growth, or shortcomings the company’s coaching may experience.

“The buck stops here,” should be their motto and mantra as they lead the coaching staff through a period of massive internal growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

The Head of Community will also make themselves available for a 2-3 day company quarterly meeting, and be available each quarter thereafter to meet with the team. Flights and accommodations will be provided.

The Head of Community will also work closely with the President and to begin planning regular small group meetups for throughout the world for each separate community we nurture.. As necessary the Head of Community may also be asked to attend some meetups at various locations to assist in expanding the brand. Flight and accommodations will also be provided for such events.
