Product Manager

Job Purpose
The Product Manager of Capitalism.com is in charge of creating processes and curriculum that result in an amazing experience for our community of entrepreneurs.

You will develop our content curriculum and outline new products, and you will manage our team of coaches to ensure that they are empowered to invest in our students. You will plan events and promotions that increase community engagement. You will ensure that our products are planned, led, and top-of-class, and that our customers have an amazing experience. As a result, the rest of the team feels confident to sell additional memberships, knowing that each new member is well-served by your processes.

Your boss is our customer. You listen to their feedback, spearhead changes to improve their experience, and serve as the public leader of the community. You create ascension plans for our customers to upgrade to their next step, and you know enough about marketing to create launch plans, promotions, and create partnerships that grow our awareness.

We serve entrepreneurs - the most impactful people in the world. Your impact upon them has ripple effects that will last for generations. You are changing the way that people view
capitalism, and you are helping entrepreneurs impact the world through business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Review current membership programs to identify and create plan for improvements
• Consistently review membership content to identify and communicate updates needed as technologies and current best practices change
• Plan the content curriculum for The One Percent program
• Manage content creators for each course in the program
• Propose plan to facilitate collaboration within the community
• Propose new ideas and processes to improve customer retention
• Manage the Capitalist Pigs NFT Community (schedule regular calls with guests, manage
  deal flow, highlight members weekly)

The right person for this role LOVES entrepreneurs and Capitalism. They have created online training or coaching programs in the past and have ideas about how to improve them. This person has a list of connections for product contributions or interviews, and they have experience managing continuity programs or online courses.
