Job Purpose & Opportunity

We are a small but growing team looking for the right person to help us reach our goal of creating one million millionaires by 2028. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating team efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and maintain our high quality standards.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with all team members.

This is a part-time position (20 hr/wk) with the opportunity to grow. Compensation starts at $20-$25/hr depending on experience. 

Working hours are flexible, but require a minimum of 2 hours per day M - F during regular US business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate efforts and communication across multiple departments
• Implement and maintain a project management software
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Coordinate project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are being met
• Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide regular project reports to management
• Perform risk management to predict any potential risks or delays
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and processes

Who This Is For

The right person for this position is a highly motivated and organized self starter. They are hungry to learn new skills and propose creative solutions. 

Excellent communication skills are crucial to success in this role. You should have experience managing people and organizing/executing multifaceted projects.

What Success Looks Like

Success is evaluated by the speed at which projects are completed, as well as the quality of deliverables. Team members report feeling supported and challenged, and each piece of the process is clearly outlined so that success is inevitable. Clients are managed with first class service and projects are constantly being reviewed and improved as needed.
