Dear Future One-Percenter,
Back in 2006 the internet was still in its infancy, Google was just rising to prominence. Facebook was just beginning. YouTube had not yet begun and barely anyone used Amazon yet.
It was in 2006 when I set the goal to build a business that made $100 per day.
I thought to myself, if I could just make a hundred dollars per day in somewhat passive income, then that would be enough for me to be able to call my own shots for the rest of my life.
Of course, I was just an 18 year old with no marketable skills and nothing interesting to share. So to me, a hundred dollars a day would change everything.
I was going to school to be a pastor and expecting to make $30,000 to $40,000 a year for the rest of my life. So if I could just make a hundred dollars per day, that would double my income.
I knew it would take me some time, so I set out on a one-year plan to make a hundred dollars per day.
However, I didn't achieve my goal...
I didn't make a hundred dollars per day in a year...
Instead, I was making a hundred dollars a day just four days later.
I remember exactly where I was when I logged into my account. I had expected this to be another failure, just like everything else that I had tried up to that point.
I had studied investing and real estate, flipping things on eBay, garage sale flipping, multi-level marketing. You name it, I was reading about it.
So when I started writing on the internet with the goal of making a hundred dollars per day, I considered it a reasonable goal. But I really wasn't sure it would work.
But then just four days later I logged into my account to see my first $100 in a day.
“Are you kidding me?!” I thought to myself, “A hundred dollars a day just one week into this experiment? This has to be a fluke.”
I fully expected my earnings to drop back to zero at any moment. But I took a chance and started optimizing things. By this point, I was in my college dorm room and working on high-speed internet for the very first time, so I was able to make some changes quickly.
Of course, today, high-speed internet is in every home in the United States and most places around the world. So there are new advantages today that I didn't have back then.
But after making a few changes to my approach, my income didn't drop...
It started to increase by a hundred dollars a day... $200 a day… $300 a day.
I started holding workshops in my college dorm room. I taught people what I was doing, and they started making money on the side, too.
That first full year, not only did I reach that $100 a day goal… I actually made $100,000.
And I was just an 18-year-old working part-time from my college dorm room.
The next year was even better.
I learned a few things about search engine optimization and optimizing my content. Just by getting a little bit better at this during my second year, I made $200,000 from my college dorm room.
By the time I graduated college, which I did in three years, I was making over $300,000 a year.
I knew I’d never have to get a job for the rest of my life.
Of course, that was 15 years ago.
A lot has changed in the last 15 years.
But unlike most business models, this one has continued to grow.
Today, we’ve got a whole slew of website tools.
High-speed internet is commonplace.
There are more opportunities to monetize content than ever before.
Now, there are more traffic sources, so growing an online business is a whole lot faster and easier than it was way back in 2006.
If all these resources had been around back in 2006, I could have made way more money from my dorm room.

And whether it's 10 pages or 100 pages or somewhere in between... one site is all you'll need to have a full-time income for the rest of your life.
Creating one small content-heavy website is all you'll need to be a full time entrepreneur.
(And YOU don’t even need to write a single word yourself.)
That's right.
You read that correctly.
You don't even need to write the content yourself.
You also don't need any products, to pay for any traffic, or even to have any special skills, either.
All it requires is for you to dial in on one topic. Do it well. Add good content (that you may or may not write), and monetize the site for the long term.
Today, the world is starving for good information, good resources, and good health.
If you provide that for a specific group of people, you can earn six figures a year in a short amount of time.
So I'd like to invite you to set a goal today.
Here it is:
“One year from now, I’m making $100 a day - mostly passively.”
If you consistently follow the same path that’s proven to work for thousands of other entrepreneurs…
Adding $100 a day (in mostly passive income) just by creating ONE simple authority site is more than doable.
Now, maybe $100 a day won’t radically change your life… but I bet it would.
Keeping that goal in mind is what you'll need in order to make a six-figure income (or even a seven-figure income).
Seven figures?
Yes. I know people who make seven figures a year with just one site.
Meet Alex and Yasmine.
In fact, my buddy Alex M runs one site in the travel space. It started as a simple blog, but as it grew over a few years, it became an authoritative resource in the travel industry. And today, it makes him a seven-figure income.
He's not the only one.
Yasmine M started her nursery blog just a few years ago, and it's made her a comfortable, six-figure income from home for more than a year. She gets to spend her time with her kids being a great mom and pursuing passions that light her up.
I've never seen a model that was so simple... yet so proven that anyone could do it regardless of their experience level.
